Hi, I'm Susannah. And.... I've been where you are.
I know what it's like to feel hijacked by your own mind when you're finally entering into the season of life that you've always looked forward to - early motherhood. After an intense struggle with anxiety and intrusive thoughts when I was around 6 months postpartum after having my first child, and despite being a licensed therapist with a thriving private practice, I finally decided to do something about it.
What started as a quest to conquer my own unwanted thoughts and anxiety has turned into a system that has helped hundreds of moms no longer feel controlled by anxiety and fear. They've learned to confidently show up in their lives like never before -without anxiety and fear continuing to hold them back from what matters most to them.
